2021 Armed Forces Day officially known as veterans day uk, is a chance to show your support and pay tribute for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans and cadets of the united kingdom.

There are multiple ways for people, communities and organizations across the country to show up their support and get involved, from attending an event or joining us online to throwing a party or local event.
Armed Forces Day takes place on Saturday 26 June. The National Event 2022 will be observed in Scarborough, while local events will also take place across the country.
To mark Armed Forces Day, Defence Secretary, Ben Wallace said:
“The last year has been a busy one for our servicemen and servicewomen of the UK Armed Forces. Their professionalism, commitment and versatility have rarely been more evident than during the pandemic.
“The Armed Forces community cannot celebrate in person this year, so we are doing our best to show you through social media who our people are, what they do, and how you can show your support.”
